What to get in touch about

  • A correction. Tell us which article and which claim, and we will check it. If we got it wrong we fix it openly — our editorial policy explains how.
  • A story tip. Something you think deserves covering, or something you have found that others should know about.
  • A guest pitch. We publish contributions from people with real operating experience. Tell us what you want to write and why you are the person to write it — there is more on this on our about page.
  • Advertising or partnerships. Tell us what you have in mind. Editorial coverage is not for sale, and sponsored placements are always labelled.
  • Anything else. Questions about the site, a disagreement with something we published, or a request to reuse our work.

What we will not reply to

To save everyone time: we do not accept paid link placements, link-insertion requests on existing articles, or pre-written promotional articles. Those messages get deleted unread.
